The Lawsuit Reform Alliance of New York has three key objectives:

• Educate New Yorkers, New York’s elected officials, the news media and others about the problems inherent in our State’s legal system and how it is costing New York employers and residents through lost jobs, higher taxes and costs.
• Advocate in the New York State legislature on to reform New York’s legal system to revitalize our economy and promote economic development throughout New York State.
• Work vigorously to ensure that the Lawyer Lobby does not succeed in its efforts to make New York’s legal system even more expensive for businesses and average New Yorkers.
